I have been studying the art of cooking for over 30 years, and worked in many capacities in the industry. I believe God gave me a talent, and this is my mark in the world. I have always said to my children to set their feet... and make their mark.

My oldest daughter, Kristina, told me it was time to set MY mark. And with God in my heart, I started catering and meal preparing, with the hopes to one day launch an opportunity to maybe use this talent to touch and share it with the World.
